What the Perfect Baby Boomer Fitness Program Should Look Like

This is the perfect fitness program boomers , and I wanted to give an example. This is an ideal program for you if you are a baby boomer and your goal is to have a good health and fitness. Boomers are not old, I'm a personal trainer for over 25 years, and I know because it is the majority of my clients , so I know what works.

Most people have no idea how long it takes to work each week to stay in shape. If you watch what you eat can control their weight with diet, which I highly recommend , then you must work hard to stay in shape. If you are an active person , then it's halfway .

Your main objective should be to increase your muscle mass , improve your cardiovascular system , and remain flexible and agile. To improve your cardiovascular system to do some type of aerobic exercise two or three times a week . To improve muscle strength and increase lean muscle mass , you must do resistance training twice a week . Then, to improve the flexibility and agility to move in all plains of motion of a pair a couple of times a week.

If you eat a healthy diet consisting of all natural foods, you don `t have to spend hours and days in the gym to burn unwanted calories . You can go to work to improve our lean muscles , a strong heart and a flexible body, rather than trying to get rid of calories .

Your fitness program perfect baby boomers should look like this :

* 30 minuets aerobic 2 or 3 times a week . Swimming, cycling, walking, nothing aerobically for 30 minuets to your target heart rate.

* Do resistance training 2 days per week. You can train your entire body with resistance training , you can train at home or in a gym with weights or resistance bands for 30 minuets.

* 10 minuets dynamic movement 10 minuets twice a week . Callisthenics whole body is a good way to stay flexible , agile .

Day 1-30 minuets aerobic training

Day 2-30 minuets resistance training

Day 3-10 minuets dynamic training

Day 4-30 minuets aerobic training

Resistance training minuets 5-30 days

Day 6-30 minuets aerobic training

Day 7-10 minuets dynamic movements
